We have two exciting updates to share.
Exciting news! We have a new general manager at Tokushu Knife. Boris Hernandez has worked his way up in the company, impressing customers and us along the way. He has made amazing contributions, most notably revising our shipping procedures to troubleshoot delays. This has resulted in significant improvements in shipping times and resolved logistical stumbling blocks. Even better, we have some fantastic new items hitting the shop, giving you the perfect opportunity to experience Boris's revamped shipping firsthand.
We’ve received a large shipment of Hasegawa Cutting Boards. For fans of these high-quality boards, we now offer a wide variety in black and beige, ranging from small sizes to boards up to 47" long. With the exclusive KKF15 discount, you can enjoy great pricing on these items.
Additionally, we will soon be posting some special honyaki knives—a collaboration between Tokushu Knife, Nakagawa-san, and one of our favorite honyaki sharpeners. These knives are designed to be tall and thin, and we’re excited to find them great homes.
