A couple weeks ago I was cooking dinner with the dull knives I've been using and something snapped (figuratively). I have found some helpful info on these forums searching without an account. But after sharpening yesterday I thought it would be nice to be able to ask questions of the knowledgable people here and share some experiences that might help other newbies
