Hello from Bay Area! I really enjoy cooking, and thus got interested in all kinds of stuffs related to cooking: knives, pans, ceramics, etc. I have been using a SG2 santoku from Shun for a while, and really look forward to getting my first carbon steel knife. Excited to join!
