Hey everyone,
I'm new to the forums as well as being new to Japanese knives in general. Addicted already though. Just got with Dave to throw a custom handle on my hiro gyuto. Figured I follow him over here since he seems like a cool guy and beyond knowledgeable. These forums have been a huge help in getting into my new obsession. Thanks for all the info guys.
