Hi, Chris here,

Just introducing myself to the forum and feeling my way around. I’ve noticed that I can’t post in many areas so hopefully I’ll be able to soon.

While I’m here I may as well ask, I’m a keen amateur cook and have always wanted a really nice knife. It’s time now and I’ve decided to bite the bullet, last thing I want to do though is be scammed by a deal that seems too good to be true, or buy something inferior.

Can anybody direct me to a site that has decent but affordable forged knives?
