Hi everyone, I'm a passionate cook and longtime user of Japanese knives but only getting around to joining now. Looking forward to getting insights from the experienced users here on where to take my kitchen knife (and cooking) journey.
I've got a growing collection of knives and stones, and am always looking for good suggestions on what to dive into next!
My local shop is Bernal Cutlery (love them). I work weekend shifts helping a family catering/meal order business run out of a home, making vast quantities of South Asian food (coincidentally my favorite cuisine). At home, I love cooking anything and everything - new cuisines, new ingredients (I get a CSA box weekly to try new and seasonal veggies), new cookbooks and techniques. Cheers!
