Hi!
I was recommended to come join this community after browsing the Chef Knife subreddits.
A little bit of background, I grew up in the family food business. Grandmother owned a restaurant for many years, sold it and moved to farmers markets and event catering as a sort of retirement. Through college I worked in kitchens as a line cook, and now have opened my own small event catering business when I am not busy with my full time job.
