What is the difference between the Hitohira TxK b1 ku nakiri 180 and the Hitohira TxK b1 ku nakiri 180 kaku? In other words, what is this "kaku" and what does it signify?

[Edit]: Is it the rounded versus flat tip? Now that I see them side by side, it's the only difference I can spot. Help.

I see minor differences in dimensions but there is no explanation of what the kaku part designates. The pictures also look slightly different but it just looks like different lighting.
