I won this blade from auction about 2 months ago. I have used it on 3 family meal prep, I havent sharpen or touchup the blade, so the edge is basically the same when I got it from Mert. A hint of a patina showing.

It is a fantastic knife, but selling it because I am getting a similar one with more taller heel and heft to it.
