    I'm not 100% sure, but, I do know he uses Masahiro and Knife Merchant carries that brand.

    I had just gotten into kitchen knives when his first videos showed up. Back then there used to be a link to the knife merchant site and that knife. They made it clear he was using that knife most of the time. There was even a video of him with his old Kikuichi suji shrunken from sharpening and his new Kikuichi suji. This all appears to have been edited out since. He did have a masahiro gyuto for a while too.

    So, I can not prove my claim. Thats my story though and Im sticking to it. :)
