Hi all!
I am a knife maker from Long Island NY. I need to sell a few knives to offset the cost of a heat treat oven which I need.
I have made quite a few knives and have gotten really helpful feedback so far.
Anyway this is a 7.5 inch Japanese style chef knife. Heel is 2.5 inches from spine. Choil and spine are rounded over to be more comfortable. Distal taper from handle to tip. Edge ground to .02 then sharpened at 18 degrees. Balance right in front of handle.
If you buy this and don’t like it I’ll refund you. Trying to get some knives in people’s hands to get some momentum going
