Joe Bone x Teryasu Fujiwara x 40knives
- 240 (245) mm x 56mm KU Shiro 1
- this is the first gyuto of this collab ever released. It’s a great knife, classic TF white steel. Light use, and a very small chip at the heel (photos later). It will come out with a couple sharpenings.

Lundberg Gyuto
-240 (247)mm x 58mm nashiji Wrought clad/ TWR Core
- nice custom. Maturing solid handle/saya combo. I flattened the bevels as best I could, alttile more love and it will polish wonderfully. I LOVE the core steel. Holds a great edge, easy to sharpen, also takes a wicked edge. One of my favorite cutters. Moves through with laser-ish ease but feels sturdy in hand from the crazy taper.

Out of handle 6,64 mm
Right over heel 5,02mm
Middle of blade 2,31 mm
1 cm from tip 0,95 mm
