I am told there will be no more Akebono. This is a great chance to get Shiraki forged blue steel gyuto.

Finish on blade is no longer pristine, there are some marks
I have sharpened it once.

Oh you better believe I wouldn't sell it if I didn't have another one. I got a 270 from James. The Akebono is in my top 3. EVERYTHING works for me.
