I have too many knives. I'm not using these knives. Consider buying these knives so I can buy other knives:
LaSeur 52100 gyuto, 257x55, 272g
I haven't tried too many full tang westerns, but this is the nicest of 'em. Bought on BST from the fantastic @ashy2classy, second owner, lovely birch handle with some light scratches on the tang/bolster. 3.8mm over the heel with nice taper. Gently used at home and lightly sharpened once or twice. Asking $450.
Steel by Lundbergs gomai 26c3 gyuto, 225x57, 189g
Bought direct on a whim while on a hidden tang western kick. Really nice work from SbL apprentice Elias Ahlström. Midweight convex grind, nice taper out of the handle, very attractive and ergonomic banded elm burl handle. Used for one or two meal preps, still has the razor sharp original edge. I paid approx $260 all in, asking $240.

For the Spåre and Prendergast, I'm intending to only sell one of the two--they're both excellent but I prefer stainless for smaller knives so I can't justify keeping both of these. Take either for $250.
Dan Prendergast integral mini-gyuto, 185x43, 204g
Badass little tank of a knife. Massive taper from ~7.5mm above the heel to pretty darn thin at the tip. Cuts well while feeling practically indestructible. Was sold to me as 52100 but it could possibly be K510 or something too. Second owner, used, sharpened and lightly thinned.
Fredrik Spåre MCX 1.2419 bunka, 183x53, 155g
Everyone knows Spåre makes good stuff, this is no exception. Very nice bunka for bunka-sized jobs, nice fine tip. Second owner, sharpened once or twice by me.
All prices shipped ConUS, international let's chat, feel free to hit me up for more pics. Might consider trades but I'm picky these days. Thanks y'all!
