Hello friends I would like to sell 2 knives I bought here some time ago. Both knives have been used in a pro kitchen and have been well taken care of. The Marko has been sharpened by myself and cleaned of patina very subtle lefty grind on this one. Really great knife I just haven’t used it in months I don’t really like ks profile. The Kippington wh honyaki is the original pass around knife from 2018 it has a couple threads about it here on the forum. It’s also a great knife I mainly used this for proteins ribs chicken whole fish tough stuff.Selling because I am extremely heavy in the workhorse department at the moment.Has patina I will remove it if someone wishes. Has a rough spot near the handle left rough as a makers mark. I’ve had the knife 5 months I have never seen a distinct hamon on the knife. I’m asking 325$ for each knife.
