A beautiful Yoshikane SLD Black Damascus Gyuto 240mm from CarbonKnifeCo for $660.
Cleaning out drawer, and I reached for Shihan more often.
The knife has been used once on Mirepoix, and potatoes, an amazing cutter. I have not use it ever since. The spine has been polished, it's very comfortable, the choil, that's up to you if you want to polish or leave as is.
Would like to sell this at a higher price but I'll do $450USD PayPal and Ship included. International, get in touch, I pay $15, you pay the rest.
According to my Caliper:
Gyuto Actual Length: 241.3mm
Heel Height: 51.87-52mm, too scared to hit the edge
Spine at Handle: 4.2mm
Spine above Heel: 3.6mm
Spine at Mid: 2.7mm
Spine at Tip: .60mm
Weight: 212g
Handle Type: Burnt Chestnut, it's beautiful!
