Hello everyone. Selling this markin I received a couple years ago. Purchase at the end of my commercial kitchen career it’s seen very little use, has spent most of its like on my magnet. Arrives with a teeny <.5mm chip at the tip that doesn’t affect use. Beautiful handle that I don’t remember the wood. Never sharpened. Some superficial black marks on the patina that should come off with a little elbow grease.

Measures 233/54 175grams

Looking to get $350 shipped.

Measures around 240/ 53 but will get better measurements when I find a ruler.

Hello very interested what steel is used. How would describe scratches ?
Thanks Randy

I have 4 of his knives in this 52100 equivalent and I don't think anyone offers as much knife for the money. If you haven't tried one, snag this and get an incredible deal. GLWS.

Steel is essentially European 52100. Some of my favorite steel right in the middle of all the categories [edge retention, sharpenability, pretty low reactivity]. Minimal scratches, just some black stains, no rust whatsoever

Thank you Sorry I didn't notice W10 on the heading of your post.

tempting if it were not for the VAT
