Hello all-
Up today is an original Maz 210 (220/50+)bullnose gyuto with an ironwood western conversion. It’s BNIB. Cool knife with a cool story- it was lost for a while (during which time he’d already moved on from the classic style) and uncovered at which point it was clear that a bullnose deserved a little more attention. The handle was done by Eytan of Steelport Knives, with a brass fitted cap & an ultra-thin shock red spacer with a single brass pin. Since I’ve had & used like 9 of the various Mazaki 220 gyutos, I left this one to stay unused & pretty in the collection, and can confidently say it’s also one of the best finished Maz that I’ve seen. I actually flew to PDX for this & it’s pretty sentimental- if it stays, I won’t be too broken up about it, so I’m looking for 600 shipped conus. Thanks for looking.
