Been hunting for a knife by @milangravier for awhile and managed to get 2 in 2 weeks. Letting this one go as it has a hair more overlap vs another knife in the kit. More workhorsey towards the heel and then tapers to the thinnest tip I’ve ever used at the front. The low wide bevel geometry is extremely easy to thin and maintain over time. If you like polishing there is insane banding hidden in this mild steel cladding. Core steel takes an absolutely sublime edge. Currently has a good baseline kasumi polish.
