Kaizen II 8 inch gyuto AEBL $125
Birchwood 8 inch gyuto SG2 $150

Bought the Kaizen II in December of 2023 for $170 from Zwilling. Great knife, just don’t have a lot of use for it since I have an excess of gyutos and this isn’t part of my regular rotation. Holds an edge phenomenally and has a beautiful acid etched Damascus pattern.

Got the Birchwood in a trade back in May of 2024 and hasn’t really seen much use since its previous owner, price is marked down from its current MSRP of $300 to $150 for an individual buy due to blade scuffs.

If bought together, total price is $225 with free US shipping. Both are great knives but haven’t seen much use in my kitchen recently so I’m looking to sell them to someone who might use them more.

Yep that's my bad LOL. I miscommunicated on that. It's $225 for both, Initially was planning on doing $250 for the pair but thought $225 was more appropriate. Appreciate the heads up on my typo.
