• Blade: 110mmx28mm belt finished Apex Ultra (67-68 hrc) stainless san-mai w/ nickel layer to prevent carbon migration
• Neck: 111mmx10mm
• Handle: Oil finished red oak
• Grind: flat to convex, 50/50
• Weight: 66g
• Relieved choil and spine
