Hi all.
A coworker of mine is looking for a reasonable prices gyuto in carbon. It will be his first non stainless knife.
He's asked about the Muneishi b#2 line with kurouchi finish. I can't say I know much about it.
Any of you guys have some first hand experience with them? How is the heat treatment? Grinds? Are they overly chippy?
