Hello All,
I have been cooking for many years at home both for myself and my family. Currently using Victorinox Knives that I have had for several years, but always wanted to get into more high quality specialty knives. I have used whetstones on my Victorinox to sharpen but by no means an expert. Hoping to learn more from this community and looking to purchase my first gyuto sometime in the near future!
