Hello ladies and gents! Just joined today and excited to start my knife journey. Mainly interested in Japanese kitchen knives and sharpening. My first Japanese knife is a Kanetsune Aogami damascus nakiri. I guess that was the edge of the rabbit hole
I do apologize for being a noob and I promise I am reading, watching and learning as fast as I can but hopefully I will get to a point where I won't be a nuisance.
