Hey everyone, been a long time lurker and finally got to signing up for an account 
Im 21 this year, started cooking when i was 15 and considered a career in the kitchen but decided against it. Started collecting only in 2023, and my favourite knife is my Masashi gyuto. Currently expanding my collection before I head to university next year and hopefully get to cook more in all kinds of places. Nice to meet u all!
