Hy everyone

I'm Guirec Péron, I'm a bladesmith based in the Alps, France.
I'm specialized in japanese inspired kitchenknives and more in honyakis.
I'm doing the entire process the forge (exept steel), heat tretments, grinding and polishing, handle.
Let me present you my work with one of my latest blade a 252 honyaki Gyuto.
Blade specifications:

Fast oil quench
Blade steel 135cr3 (W2)
Walnut and boxwood handle
Blade length 252mm
Height at heel 57mm
Thickness 4 to 0,9mm at 20mm from tip (more or less)
Weight 282gr
