For sale 210mm Saji Takeshi R2 Diamond Finish Damascus Gyuto. Knife is brand new and was never used to cut, just taken out. I got it as a gift but I just recently placed an order for a a grail for me, so i'd like to sell this
length of the blade is closer to 207mm, height about 46/47mm. weight approx 260grams. it's approx 3mm thick on spine by handle and thins out to very thin.. couldnt measure with ruler, but to my eyes sub 1mm
i'll borrow micrometer if exact measurements needed.
overall blade is beautiful and the handle is very comfy and looks great too. comes in a basic wooden box.
I believe, it's the same knive as here (i could be wrong)
