Crazy good price on a very good preforming blade. Togashi’s work is some of my favorite for restaurant work.

I'd buy this if I sold all my current knives on the board...

Very nice knife for just $215.

Though I never noticed a discussion about this, how is Togashi's White #2 compared to other Sanjo White #2 like Hinoura, Munetoshi, and Mazaki?

I've yet to see another maker's fit and finish better than Togashi at the Togashi price range.

I meant to ask about heat treatment and edge retention of Togashi's White #2 compared to other Sanjo smiths; F&F is of course very nice, as expected of Hitohira's higher-end lines.
