It’s time to thin the herd again, these 2 pains me to sell. First up is Toyama 210mm iron clad Nakiri, absolutely a beast, bought from @nakiriknaifuwaifu for $380, changed to $75 JKI burned chestnut handle and got the choil and spine rounded by Jon. Now sell for $420. The second up is the 230mm Birch and Bevel gyuto by Tobias Hangler and Isasmedjan, beautiful wrought iron cladding and excellent grind, I just like my MCX more and got a Spåre custom in similar length on the way. Bought for $599 now sell for $569.
