To me this looks a cross between a Nakiri (ok, it's got a tip), a Bunka, a gyuto and a santoku

First thing I thought of was, funayuki perhaps?
 
Santoku gets my vote with the rounded down tip.
 
The proof of the pudding is in the eating.

Think about how it will cut and how that fits with your style.

It seems less than optimal to spend time deciding on a name for the knife.
 
Older Takedas or Watanabes have profiles like that
