Been pretty irrational lately on purchases and I seem to be crowded in the small gyuto range. This feels much bigger though than the specs are. Nice height throughout. Knife is unused.

I paid $600, selling for the same. Stateside only please.

Congrats to the buyer! I was just about to post a message saying how crazy @enrico is for selling his Radiona Breg so quickly. I bought one of the sister knives from the same drop and, after just a few meal preps, it’s jumped to the top tier of my favorite knives. Razor sharp, perfectly weighted, and it’s developing a patina only rivaled by my Milan for sheer beauty. Such a cool handle as well.

Attached a quick paper cut video, and this is after three meal preps and a canning session, no stropping yet.

I swear, I behave for a few months then BOOM I crack. Mailman just won't stop dropping off knives.
Your Norfolk Pine thanks you. It’s a celeb now, and really should feature in a maker’s mark … you blacksmithing philanthropist.
