For sale is my almost new Nouko petty/large paring knife. It is stainless clad with super blue steel core.
I have had this knife for less than a month and selling only because I misread the size... I thought this was approx. 125mm, but it's actually about 155mm and turns out to be almost the same size exactly as damasteel blade I bought from Bodman blades only a month or so before... I'm gutted as I've wanted one of Konstantinos' knives for a long time. They're excellent quality blades and really nicely finished, so much so I'm going down in Feb to make one myself.
I suspect I've used this knife about ten times and so it's practically new - it certainly looks it on the pictures. I paid £245 for this blade. Looking for £220 posted within the UK.
I'd be happy to keep it but my wife has instructed me that one of them needs to go if I want permission to keep building the collection!
