Thinned and refinished knife, not pretty but works great. The steel is unknown, original Powder Pro has FAX20 written on them, not this one so maybe they changed steel. Feels quite hard but enjoyable to sharpen, takes a great edge from high grit Kitayama. 80% percent sure this is an old stock Hokiyama Akifusa PM, nice taper on handle and spine. $200 $180 $170
