If you want a custom saya, you could reach out to Eddy at edro-made.myshopify.com. I had good experience ordering custom saya from him in the past, now I just make my own.
For a Konosuke brand saya, I pretty sure if you reach out to the Konosuke retailers they will help you out like Tosho, Bernal, or **togo
