My Shihan hangs with anything on my rack. Solid blade, makes quick work of sweet potatoes, sharpens up nice and holds it's edge well.

Truly an excellent deal here. Great grind and shihan’s 52100 is such a great steel to use/work with. You won’t regret this one if you need a solid “do it all” mid weight.
