Hey KKF,

I would like to sell my Shihan gyuto. I purchased directly from Shehan in May 2022. This was made from an extra thick stock of aebl and has a thinner grind than his traditional style. This one is a performer. Extra thick and extra thin in all of the right places.

244 x 55 mm
4.5 mm spine at heel
250 grams
Aebl
Thermory handle
Condition: used but never sharpened.

Asking $575 shipped/insured conus (international subtract 20 you pay the rest)

Someone needs to follow you around with an open backpack (and wallet).

What on earth are you keeping?!
Lol, pure gold as always Sam.

I’ve got some new stuff coming in, something from the Nine, etc. This Shihan is one of my top performers but I have others that equal it and do it with a bit more flash like my Bazes 270 damascus clad gyuto.

Have this in 52100. The weight behind the edge make it fly throughs everything and the thick spine makes so so comfortable. As far as performance is concerned, my Shi.han is #1 in my collection. Having it in aeb-l is even better imho.

He was the crowd favorite sharpener for massdrop IV too, but they went with some myojin dude:oops:
:p
