Hi All,
Wanted to do another fun stuff sale. Prices are low as always and if you want both or the stones with them I'll give you an even better deal. ConUS only, no international, preference if you want multiple things. Both knives are in great condition, the Shig has a little bit of micro chipping at the edge but that always happens with these until you give them a good sharpen or two.
Shig Santoku 165mm = $225.00 SOLD
Ryusen Tanganryu Nakiri vg10 165mm = $170.00
Chosera 600 and 2k pocket stones = $50.00 for both! SOLD
The shig and ryusen have both been used very little. The Ryusen was a gift and it's just not really my style. Lovely knife though, outstanding fit and finish and super comfortable in hand. I believe the person paid about $300.00 for it but let me know if I'm off base on my sale on that one. Also, yes its vg10 but its Ryusen VG10 which is actually really great. The Shig is one of those "too pretty for me to use" things so I've used it once and not again. Can't bring myself to use it and sharpen it so better off sending it off to one of you all. Basically new just some little micro chips but again that's super typical for Shigs.
