• Takamura Chromax Santoku fans, the wait is over! We finally got a few in. And if you've been wishing for that perfect bunka... we now offer a "nose job service" to transform most santoku knives when a bunka isn't in stock.
• We're making our secret stash of custom wa handles more visible! We know seeing exactly what you're getting is key to making a custom knife purchase special. That's why we're creating different variants so you can appreciate the unique character of each premium handle. Need some feedback to make sure our listings are crystal clear and easy to match with your blade. Check out these examples:

Takamura does not share their production schedule, but we are hopeful now that they are building some Chromax knives. You best bet is to sign up for notifications on the product page to get notified as soon as they are back in stock. Its been almost 2 years, so if you see one jump on it!
