Might regret this, but it's not being used. Legendary AS steel with one of the sharpest edges I've ever used. Have only ever stropped this and it still flies through product. Spine and choil rounded and polished by Tony LaSeur. Handle is chocolate koa with brass pins from Porter Customs.

I haven’t received my Denka yet so the verdict is still out… but I would throw Jiro in that hat as well.

I haven’t tried a Denka yet, but I have a TF Mab (the morihei fine finish variation) and It is an absolute pleasure to use.
Person who owned it before me spent like 20Hrs on finishing work/stones and it’s made the thing phenomenal.
