Can't believe no one wants these?!! A chance to watch some of the best at what we do working, developing new dishes, speaking candidly about their influences and philosophy. These are not on YouTube. They are quality films, beautifully edited and incredibly inspiring. I've watched them all countless times and now want to pass them on. Back to 85Euros
