I thought long about this, but this awesome Toyama has to go 😢
I don't use it as much as i thought i would and i need some funds to try out other knives.

It was bought from JNS in November last year.

Edge length: 241.5mm
Height at heel: 55mm
Weight: 238.5g

I used it around 10-15 times for home cooking and it was sharpened two times very lightly.

Price is 440€ 400€ + shipping cost.

Could anyone confirm if these KU Toyamas have the same grind as the migaki version? or are they wide beveled like the Watanabe nakiri? thanks
