My wife and I need to make up some funds quickly so I plan to list things at a more than fair pricing.

1. Joel Black Apex Ultra 250 Gyuto - $385 shipped
250 x 57, 276g, Wrought Clad
This is the very first Apex Ultra ever made by Joel and possibly one of the first AU knives sold to the public. Joel was originally planning to keep it for himself and I kindly convinced him to sell it to me
This is a beautifully tapered knife, with a nice hefty tang. The steel is CRAZY hard and feels absolutely phenomenal both on the board and on the stones. The wrought is some of the most beautiful I have seen and it truly a polishers dream. It is gently used, only ever touched up on the stones and at one point had the most INSANE patina on it but I have since put finger stones on it to remove the patina and bring out the wrought.
I never imagined selling this but here we are!
2. Takeda Honesuki NAS - BNIB- $250
140 x 50, 176 g, Aogami Super/stainless clad
This is hands down the coolest/ cleanest Takeda I have ever seen. It is thick and hefty out of the tang but beautifully tapered and with Takedas HT of AO super makes for a perfect poultry/butchery weapon of choice. It looks slightly more hammered than other Takedas I’ve seen so the flats have a beautiful texture and are smooth as glass. The handle on this particular one is also beautifully figured and the F+F is the best I’ve seen on a Takeda.
Someone will not only love this knife but will be getting a hell of a deal…
This knife is unused and in pristine condition. Comes in original box and everything.
