Going to put up this special Wat dammy cleaver up for sale. I'm still downsizing and though I love this knife, I don't use cleavers as much as gyutos. Plus, funneling some funds towards things that go pew-pew over chop-chop.
It was recently given a full thinning and the works treatment from Andrew Tarling (@Forty Ounce) and now it sings. He really put a lot of time into this one and now it's a show stopper - I'll call it near perfect. To be clear, this is ready to work, needs nothing. Specs are:
