Hello,
I would like to sell couple of knives from my personal collection. I used to work as a fishmonger but not any more. Anyway I am also a fisherman and I like to cook and that is how I started to buy knives . Also I do some leatherwork as a hobby sometimes. I am selling this 3 because I dont find time to use them.
I am shipping from Europe, and I think I can ship worldwide. Payment can be PayPal.
Watanabe Kurouchi Gyuto 210mm Profesional line
price: 320€ (shipping price not included) SOLD
- used only couple of times
Misono UX10 Gyuto 240mm SOLD
price:200€(shipping price not included)
- used only couple of times
Mioroshi deba 210mm with saya
price:300€ 270€
250€(shipping price not included)
- the knife is noname bought from rakuten market(japan). Steel should be Blue paper # 2. It cuts well and sharpens easily. It is not 100% straight at the tip, It is a bit of the line(about 1mm), but It is not noticable when sharpening or cutting.
- in the price I include custom handmade saya. I personally made it of vegetable-tanned leather(upper part) and bottom part is wood The connection is glue and saddle stich.
It is really nice and it fits the knife very well, better than all wood saya by my opinion...
- The knife was also rehandled with octagonal handle with buffalo horn (bought at rakuten Japan market)
