Love the design on this one - from the 70's I assume?
Exactly right. The cz (vz) 70 was released in 1970 to replace the cz50 in Czech police forces. My example was built in '75, and has definitely been around the block once or twice. It also took some heavy inspiration from the walther pp/ppk

My buddy & I used to load our own rounds on my kitchen table. Would get 357 shells free from indoor shooting range mostly for Japanese tourist. Primers were cheap as was powder & lead. Would shoot revolvers & his rifle at Coco Crater shooting range.

Don't shoot anymore, thought about getting 22 rifle with scope.

My Ruger 100 357 magnum. Remington full jacket rounds for if ever need it.

this is awesome

Man if I were back living in the states I would get a Colt SAA tomorrow. Been watching too much Deadwood and playing RDR2.

Slight detail here, any suggestions for a H.D. shotgun?

Was looking around for a not insanely priced vintage Wingmaster or was thinking of picking up a 590A1 and be done with it.

My LGS has a CZ O/U that I was really tempted to buy which got me looking at SxS with external hammers

Thanks!
Remington 870 is inexpensive and reliable. I've been duck/deer/turkey hunting with the same one for 15 years. It will function well in a HD roll and still be useful for other adventures

Something like these? 😜 I bought the 45lc unfired so I haven’t shot it. Considering it an investment piece for now. The 22lr however is a ton of fun to take and let my inner cowboy out without breaking the bank.

Go shoot the damn thing. You also have drawer queen knives?

Haha, no drawer queens. And only a few safe queens. To be fair, I only have 40ish knives to rotate…. It will either get shot eventually or sold. Too many other guns that it literally becomes a task of deciding which calibers to take shooting and then a whole other animal on which guns within those calibers lol.

Picked up this wonderful little "muff pistol" at an auction a few weeks ago. It arrived at my door yesterday and I've got it fully taken apart and awaiting boiling today. Action functions properly but the right spring is a little weak. These aren't exactly off the shelf parts and I don't have the equipment to manufacture a new spring, so I will just keep it as is for now until it gets too weak to set off a percussion cap. The double triggers fold out when the corresponding hammer is cocked and fold back once fired. Barrels appear to be .45cal but I will have to try and slug them. Brass plate on the heel stamped "1872." You think they'll let me do my chl test with this?

u shoot it yet?

I was stationed there. Wonderful place if you don't mind giving up freedom.
Imo it’s a wash. Lose some freedoms, gain others. Moving to a state passing laws aimed squarely at nixing sexual and reproductive freedoms is net negative in my book.

I think suppressors should be on everything when possible. Villainization of suppressors makes no sense at all.
how quiet can you get a suppressor. I mean what is the real concern with a suppresser? is it that you can snipe out of a truck better and kill civilians?

I don't love that you can't get suppressors more easily for hearing safety. But... I just wonder how quiet can you really get a gun and does that = more dangerous?
