I was watching Cooks Country. Saw a knife and it piqued my curiosity.

Looks like a pretty standard Seki gyuto to me.
 
I have a 210 and 240 in the wa variant.

These are lower heel height gyutos (44-46mm range) for 240, and 42ish range for the 210. They have SK and V2 steel types but as @Jovidah states, they are pretty standard gyutos.

Mostly flat ground, and not terribly thin, but very solid knives. I wouldn't pick them up for MTC prices, but i like mine.
