Question for any users of any non-ferrous knives: Which such knives are your favorites?

(If they're non-kitchen knives, I'm open to hearing about them too; the moderators can decide where this thread can be moved to if non-kitchen knives predominate in the discussion.)

Rahvean are the best ceramic knives, but still not as good as steel knives. All the other like titanium, stellite 6k, talonite didn’t pan out very well either. Steel is still the best.

Shop | Rahven Knives is very sharp, but the stiction is out of this world. And the spine edges are sharper than some of my old Globals.
Unfortunately, not all of them are very sharp at least in the past, maybe better more recently. Making them very sharp is also not easy at least I couldn’t do it, there are reports of success though. They still chip, but much, much less than other ceramic knives. Also some people broke a few, especially Parker’s where handle meets the blade.
