Which Santoku?

I used to have a Yoshikane SKD 165 Hakata Santoku (a really cool knife). The F&F was excellent, it was the most low-spot-free wide bevel knife I had a chance to handle. I did find the HT of the steel on chippy side to be honest, but a microbevel would protect the blade unless one would abuse it.

Also - we have now at home a Yoshikane SLD 150 petty and it is very well made knife. The stell feels great and holds edge very well.
