Inspired by this thread I used mine today. I had a great time using it, which is not a surprise as it’s always the case. However, it does not get used as often as other knives.

It’s a bit of an odd ball for me. I enjoy using this knife, but seldom do. But I never had a thought on selling it. It’s firmly in my rotation.
 
My 330 takeda feels indestructible. I had a cleaver that I sold and even tho it would microchip, it felt the same way. Also it’s one of the few (maybe only) carbon steel makers that I have that I would feel completely comfortable to leave sitting for a prolonged period of time without wiping after use. I think any good collection should have at least one, if only for these reasons. To me, it’s the closest I’ve seen to the best of what people appreciate in carbon steel knives and stainless ones.
