Hey all! I have to put up this beautiful knife by our very own @Illyria.

232X54, 184g. Made in monosteel 1.2562 @ a whopping 67hrc. Desert ironwood handle and nickel spacer. A stellar cutter from a fantastic maker.

I have the sister version of this 2.562 gyuto and it's a beauty. Surprised this one has lasted this long on BST. Great cutter that keeps an edge going for a long time in a pro kitchen environment. Ryan is also a very responsive knife seller that will do his best to resolve issues with his knives.
 
I don’t have calipers handy so spine measurement isn’t exactly dead on but I looks like 3.5-4mm out of the spine
